Goodwin Alpacas was founded in 2004 by Robert and Robin(a) Reeve.

We purchased four white pregnant Huacaya females from the well known herd of Atlantic Alpacas
(E P Cambridge).  Since then we have bought in a further three females, and with daughters coming in we now have eleven breeding females.
We had spent the previous few years looking and talking to breeders, being fascinated by these long legged and long necked creatures that just hum!  However we now know they can scream as well!
Now we have had them for a few years they have turned out to be quite fascinating, very gentle, but very alert. Very addictive!

Goodwin Alpacas is based in Small Hythe, best known for the home of Dame Ellen Terry, and the award -winning vineyard of Chapel Down Wines.  We are just two miles from Tenterden   Kent.
We do not hold open days, or run courses, but welcome anybody that would like to see our animals. We birth during the mid summer period so to see our babies just give us a call to make an appointment!

Goodwin Alpacas are members of the British Alpaca Society and the South East Alpaca Group (SEAG).
